This paper aims to study the concept of rights in the Qur’an, and the author clarifies the concept of rights in language, in Western terminology and in Qur’anic terminology. The author has followed a set of scientific methodologies that dealt with his subject, through the inductive approach, the researcher extracted the Qur’anic texts related to the issues of rights, either explicitly in the Qur’an, to be from the Qur’anic stories or the word related to rights, and collected all the data indicated by commentators in their book through these verses. Through the analytical approach, the author studied the Quranic verses that were collected in a thorough analytical study through some of the interpretations of the commentators. From this approach, the author deduced the sections of rights and its types that were mentioned in the Qur’an. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: Rights and in Islam are firmly established, because they are among the requirements of a good practicing Muslim, in which each person is responsible for what he did.
